The administrative and civic core of the archipelago. Houses the Town Hall, civic appointment registries, course distribution terminals, commercial row, and the historic two-story Daily Dream printing press and reporting desk.

Salt-crusted, gritty maritime strip reeking of low-tide brine, fish shacks, and cheap rum.
The rugged waterfront of Reverie. Between scrapper yards, gutting docks, and 'The Siren' dive bar, dockhands and smugglers move unmarked shipping crates under new moons while magistrates look away.

The Pinnacle of Reverie
Ultra-luxury sea-cliff skyscraper, champagne society, high-stakes games, and panoramic horizons.
A towering architectural spire atop the southern ocean cliffs. Floor 7 houses The Gilded Orchid sky sanctuary, where Lady Orchid presides over an oval Portoro marble console, liquid gold inlays, and clandestine cliffside sea elevator tunnels.

The Penumbral Maw
Mist-shrouded jagged rocks, decommissioned stone lighthouse, iron cages, and rising-tide caves.
An ominous offshore island shrouded in ocean mist. Decommissioned for navigational use, the ancient circular stone lighthouse, metal observation tower, and subterranean tidal bunkers serve as ceremonial grounds for covert esoteric rituals.
